As a choir member myself, I am delighted to be the patron of the Guernsey Choral Festival. The Bailiwick is fortunate in having an extraordinarily vibrant, rich and diverse choral tradition, which brings together people from every section of the community to make music of all kinds. The Festival provides a wonderful opportunity both to celebrate and to enhance this tradition, and the exciting range of events that is planned means that everyone should find something to enjoy, whatever their musical tastes. I wish the Festival every success in this its inaugural year, and for many years to come.

Come and join in the fun!
This is all about getting together to make some exciting music and trying something new along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned choral veteran or never sung a note, we want you to come and raise the roof to close the festival. Music will be learned on the day, so you won’t need to prepare anything. It’s open to all ages, so bring your family and friends along to sing with you! It will be fun, and it will be loud!
